  • Certifications:  GICSP, CIAM, Tenable, and other relevant certifications paid for.

Clearance note: Active security clearances are not required but will be noted favorably. All roles require the ability to pass a federal background investigation.

Background Check Required.
Must be located in the United States - No exceptions.

You will be part of a team that deploys Zero Trust security across 100+ facilities - protecting the OT/IoT infrastructure that secures tens of thousands of users. With on-prem infrastructure like cameras, access controls and other OT items we are traveling to various sites across the US to ensure the physical security is operational.

OT Security Administrator - Zero Trust Lead

This is the most senior and technically specialized role on the team. You will own the Zero Trust using Zentry and will be responsible for deployment across all 100+ facilities - architecture, rollout, and steady-state operations - and serve as the interface between Telispree's physical security program and the client's cybersecurity team.

What you will own:
  • Architecting and executing the Zentry Zero Trust deployment across 100+ facilities - device configuration, token management, platform administration.
  • Implementing identity-based authentication and least-privilege device access for all OT/IoT endpoints in the PSP environment (cameras, door controllers, emergency broadcast, SCADA).
  • Designing and maintaining network segmentation isolating PSP/OT traffic from general IT networks.
  • Ensuring PSP/OT security alerts flow into the existing system for reporting continuity.
  • Managing endpoint security policies, platform images, and encryption across all PSP workstations and servers.
  • Supporting FISMA/NIST audit activities for PSP systems with the client group.

What we're looking for in this role:
  • OT/ICS security experience - you must understand how IT and OT security models differ.
  • 3 to 5+ years in endpoint security, network security, or cybersecurity engineering.
  • Experience implementing or administering any Zero Trust platform (Zentry, Claroty, Dragos, Nozomi, Forescout, or equivalent - we will train you on Zentry specifically).
  • Experience with network segmentation: VLANs, micro-segmentation, NAC, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with NIST SP 800-82 (ICS Security Guide) and NIST SP 800-53.
  • Ability to pass a federal background investigation.

Highly desired:
  • Prior federal OT security program experience - DHS ICS-CERT, DoD, or civilian agency.
  • GICSP (GIAC Industrial Cyber Security Professional) - this is the gold standard for this role. If you have it, lead with it. If you are working toward it, tell us.
  • GRID (GIAC Response and Industrial Defense), CISSP, CISM, or CEH.
  • SIEM integration experience - specifically feeding OT telemetry into Splunk or equivalent.

General Job requirements:
  • The ability to pass a federal background investigation - 7-year county-level criminal background check minimum.
  • US work authorization - federal contract positions.
  • Familiarity with NIST SP 800-53 control families - you do not need to be a compliance expert, but you need to understand the framework well enough to support audits.
  • Experience in a federal government, defense contractor, or critical infrastructure cybersecurity environment - candidates without OT exposure are unlikely to be a fit for these specific roles.

Honestly, here is what the job is like:

The OT security work is genuinely interesting. Deploying Zero Trust across 100+ geographically dispersed sites - including residential facilities in rural areas - is a different problem than protecting a corporate headquarters.

The compliance work is real and ongoing. POA&Ms, ISCM reports, and FISMA audit support are not optional. Documentation is a big deal for us so if that is something you enjoy, this will be ideal.

The team is small and the work is visible. You will have direct exposure to government program managers and contracting officers. What you do matters and people will notice - both when it goes well and when it does not.

If you're ready to join a team to take on this challenge, then send us your resume today.

All positions are contingent on contract award and a successful background investigation.
